STEP 5 – CYPRESS AND CIRCULATION

CYPRESS Essential Oil helps support circulation and when applied topically to your legs and feet prior to a long run or session at the gym, it can help you get motivated to give your run or workout your all. CYPRESS Essential Oil is also helpful in supporting muscle strains and aches after your workout or run due to its antispasmodic properties.
 
Because CYPRESS Essential Oil helps to stimulate blood flow, it can also be used to support varicose or spider veins. Add a few drops to your body lotion to soothe and support and help diminish the appearance of cellulite.
 
FULL CIRCLE ROLLER BLEND RECIPE
• 7 drops CYPRESS Essential Oil

• 3 drops Lavender Essential Oil

• 3 drops Rosemary Essential Oil

• 3 drops Yarrow Pom Essential Oil

• Fractionated Coconut Oil

Combine Essential Oils in a 10ml roller bottle and top off with Fractionated Coconut Oil. Shake well before each application. To use: Apply to areas of concern two times per day.
